These general conditions of sale apply for all reservation in CAMPING DU PAQUIER FANE
1 - BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The reservation becomes final upon receipt of the deposit and all the information requested, duly completed and agreed by our reservations department.
For campers: the booking will be accompanied by 20% down payment. The balance of the stay will be paid no later than the day of arrival.
For rentals: the request must be accompanied by a payment corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the stay + 15 € fee. The balance of the stay will be paid on the day of arrival.
Methods of payment: payment can be made by credit card, checks, bank check payable to the institution or bank transfer (a RIB of the establishment is communicated to you on request to the reservations service).
In the context of promotional offers, full payment of the stay will be required upon booking by credit card.
The rental is personal, it is prohibited to sublet or assign the site to a third party.
Rates are inclusive of VAT with a VAT rate of 10% applicable on the day they were determined. Any subsequent change in the applicable VAT rate, which occurred between the time the rates were determined and the billing of the stay, will result in a consequential change in the price including VAT, which the customer accepts without reservation. The rate of services ancillary to the stay is determined with a VAT rate of 20%.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
Special request: The Paquier Fane campsite can not guarantee any special request made during the booking. The slot number will only be communicated upon arrival.
The plans and photos on our website are not contractual.
2 - INFORMATION AND RATES:
Guarantees: they are requested upon arrival by credit card or French check to cover any damage and cleaning costs.
- For rental stays: 150 €. An inventory sheet will be given to you on arrival; it will be returned to the reception within 24 hours. For departures, we ask for a careful reading of the instructions posted in the rental and to respect them. The campsite team controls each accommodation. The deposits are returned to you at the time of your departure.
Extra people: for reasons of compliance and security, the number of people indicated can not be exceeded knowing that a baby counts for one person. If the number of people exceeds the maximum capacity of the accommodation, the management reserves the right to refuse access to the establishment.
Tourist tax: 0,60 € / day / pers from 18 years old (01 / 01-31 / 12)
Any change in the number of persons that may result in a change in the amount of the fee in more or less must be specified upon arrival (tourist tax).In case of misrepresentation of the lessee, the present contract will be terminated automatically and the sums paid will remain acquired by the lessor.
Animal: one animal allowed per site for a fee displays at the entrance of the campsite and at the reception and to be declared at the reservation. Vaccination notebook to present on site. Dogs of 1st and 2nd category are not allowed.
Other supplements: the rates fixed during the reservation do not include the paying services such as: launderette, rental of sheets and towels of bath ...
Calculation of promotions: when two promotions are cumulative, the second promotion is calculated on the price already stored.
Right of withdrawal: The campsite Paquier Fane wishes to recall that under Article L. 121-20-4 - 2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to accommodation services, transportation, catering and recreation provided on a specified date or period.A summary of your stay is communicated to you during any reservation by telephone or on our Internet site before any final settlement, so that all the orders made can not be the object of a right of retraction.
3 - YOUR STAY:
Any change request (dates, type of accommodation ...) is subject to a payment of € 15 and must give rise to a written confirmation from the client and remains subject to acceptance. No change of stay whatsoever will be granted less than 30 days before arrival. Without written confirmation from you, 1 day before the initial date of arrival, the stay will not be modifiable.
Charcoal barbecues are allowed.
All our rentals are non-smoking.
Duration of stay and time slots: the rate is offered at night. Pitches are available from noon and must be vacated by noon.
Duration of stay and rental schedule: our reservations are made at night.Rental is available from 4 pm and must be vacated by 10 am
Late or delayed arrival: the reservations service must be notified of any delay in your arrival, in order to keep your rental. The manager reserves the right to have the location provided if there were no news 24 hours after the scheduled date. The payments made will not be refunded.
Compulsory civil insurance.
Rental insurance: the client must check with his insurance that he has a resort extension as part of his home insurance policy and its terms of guarantee. If this is not the case, the tenant is required to insure against the risks inherent to his occupation. Namely: theft, loss, damage to personal effects (suitcases, objects, furniture, valuables, vehicles, bicycles ...). He must also ensure for the damage that he could cause in the accommodation given to rent or in the establishment, his own or that of his companions.Customers will have to prove their insurance at the first requisition.
Right to the image: you expressly authorize and without compensation, the establishment to use, in any medium of communication, photos and videos of you or your children that could be taken during your stay, for the advertising needs of the establishment. The reuse of photos, videos and other visuals, for any personal or other use, is prohibited.
In case of dispute, the competent court is the district court of Chalon sur Saone.
4 - CANCELLATION:
The campsite Paquier Fane offers you to subscribe to a cancellation guarantee which supports, under certain conditions, the refund of all or part of your stay. Without subscription to the cancellation guarantee, no refund or postponement will be possible for any reason whatsoever.
The subscription to the cancellation guarantee is strongly recommended.
Any cancellation of stay must be notified to our reservations department no later than the day after arrival.Otherwise, non-consumed nights will be charged by the property.
Camping Paquier Fane will not make any refund for any reason whatsoever.
Any stay started is due in full.
No reduction will be granted in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.
The cancellation guarantee covers the reimbursement of the cost of the stay, after deduction of the booking fees and the amount of this guarantee, on presentation of proof of the cancellation and in the following cases:
- Serious accident, serious illness, hospitalization or death of the insured, his spouse, descendants or ascendants,
- death of a brother, a sister, a brother-in-law, a sister-in-law,
- serious damage, requiring the presence of the insured on the day of departure, due to theft, fire or natural elements reaching the residence of the insured or his vehicle,
- the economic dismissal of the insured or his spouse.
These events are only given as examples.All conditions are available on our website or on request at the reservations department.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IN CASE OF LOSS?
Within 24 hours, notify the reservations department as soon as you become aware of an event preventing your departure.
Send to the reservations department the supporting documents (within 10 days after the cancellation request):
- a letter stating the cancellation of your stay,
- a medical certificate specifying the nature, origin and severity of the accident or illness. It must mention the inability of the customer to stay in the establishment on the dates reserved,
- any proof of the event.
